2003 MMHMF Scholarship Recipient

The committee is pleased to announce that Alana Cooper is the 2003 scholarship recipient.

Alana will be attending Virginia Tech in the fall of this year majoring in animal science and
plans to become a veterinarian. She is involved in student government, Spanish club and drama club. She is also actively involved in her church and volunteers at Petersburg Animal Hospital.

Alana received a certificate indicating receipt of the MMHMF scholarship at Matoaca High School’s award ceremony on May 20. Alana will receive the award at this year’s program.
