LANGSTON is a 2020 graduate of Monacan High School. He plans to major in political science at Christopher Newport University.

At Monacan, Langston was an active participant in the music program, playing in the Marching, Jazz, and Pep Bands. During his senior year, he was the leader of the Low Brass section. In addition, Langston was a member of the National Honor Society, DECA, and Virginia Boys State of the American Legion. He was lead mentor in his school's freshman mentor program.

Langston was also active in his community. He participated for several years in the ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation Walk, Marine Corp Marathon, Mansfield Crossing Association, and Chesapeake Bay Foundation's Clean the Bay Day. Langston also served as a Youth Usher at Saint Paul's Baptist Church in Richmond, VA.

Langston is an aspiring politician who values what can be gained by finding common ground with people of varying views and backgrounds
