Christopher Baugh majoring in Aerospace Management at Averett University

CHRISTOPHER BAUGH is the son of Tyrone and Bonnie Baugh, grandson of Shirley and the late (Moses Baugh) and the great-grandson of the late Martha Mason. Christopher graduated high with an advanced diploma earning an “A” average throughout the year. He also participated in after school activities such as Spanish Club and soccer for four years, as captain of the team for two of the four years. Christopher is now a sophomore at Averett University, majoring in Aerospace Management with a focus on Flight Operations. Since starting school last academic year as a freshman, he has earned a total of 33 credit hours, which is above average for a freshman. He has also earned a total of approximately 45 flight hours in a Piper Archer 3 aircraft. Within these 45 flight hours Christopher has flown solo and completed all of his ground school classes required not only for the first private pilots license, but also the necessary tests for the second instrument pilots license. He manages classes, flying and a part time job, and soon hopes to pursue his dreams of becoming an airline pilot.
